Bajaee Terms & Conditions

The following general conditions must be met to use Bajaee's services:

• You must be at least 18 Years Use of Bajaee by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.
• Bajaee's services are intended for personal entertainment only — not for commercial or professional use.
• You are responsible for the security of your own account. You must not allow anyone else to access or use it.

Bajaee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating a Bajaee account. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Information required at registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Mobile number (Bangladesh)
• Date of Birth
• Mobile banking number (Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket)

Bajaee may request additional documents at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — such as a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on Bajaee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods are Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Only deposits from mobile banking accounts registered in your own name will be accepted.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit may apply.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, though delays may occur if KYC verification is pending.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

Bajaee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Available on your first deposit. Wagering requirements depend on the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: Available on subsequent deposits. Individual terms apply to each offer.
• Cashback: Cashback is applied on net losses within a specified period.
• Voucher Code: Bonuses are available with specific promotional codes.

All bonus-related terms:

• Each bonus is valid for one-time use only (per person / per household / per device).
• If bonus abuse is found, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bajaee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bajaee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the "Cash Out" option may be available under certain conditions.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, Bajaee reserves the right to void that bet.
• Bajaee reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Deposit limits: You can set your own daily / weekly / monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or compromise the security of the platform.

You may request to close your Bajaee account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

Bajaee may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• Suspicious financial activity.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though funds may be held during an ongoing investigation.
